We welcome one-time gifts, but committing to a monthly gift through our website helps the Sanctuary develop longer term plans when we have donors we can count-on with monthly sustaining gifts.
Online gifts can be made up to 11:59PM EST on December 31, 2019 in order to receive a charitable tax deduction for 2019.
Gifts by Check or Money Order
To receive a charitable tax deduction in the 2019 tax year, your check should be dated no later than December 31. However, the IRS stipulates that the postmark on the mailed envelope must be December 31, 2019 or earlier, regardless of the check date.
