Human Biographies

Carole Noon, Ph.D. is a biological anthropologist and has been working with chimpanzees since 1984 under a wide variety of captive settings. Her primary research area is chimpanzee resocialization, and she spent three years at the Chimfunshi Wildlife Orphanage in Zambia helping to establish two social groups. In 1991, Dr. Noon edited the ChimpanZoo Environmental Enrichment Manual for the Jane Goodall Institute.
